With IDTenant, prospective Landlords or Tenants are able to establish proof of identity remotely, using an authentication index.
IDTenant enables prospective Tenants to meet Landlords' identification requirements through electronic means, without the need of documentary proof, which is often time-consuming and frustrates the process of quickly finding a property for rent or to share.
Registered Landlords can use IDTenant before arranging viewings or before processing a Tenancy agreement, where there is a risk of, or to prevent identity misuse, theft, money laundering or other civil or criminal misconduct.
Identification is carried out using standard information provided by the Tenant. Landlords use the IDTenant report to drastically reduce their exposure to identity misuse, whereas Tenants benefit from the confidence they can provide in their candidature to rent a property.
IDTenant Service Description - Determines whether the Tenant exists by using independent data sources to confirm the validity of the information provided.
