This document provides details on what to do if you are having difficulties signin in to LetMeDo. If you are able to identify the the problem in the list provided below, please follow the instructions provided. If you are still experiencing difficulties logging in, please contact us for assistance using the contact details provided in this document.
1. Make Sure you are a Registered Member
Only registered members are allowed to sign in. If you are not a registered member, you may use LetMeDo with limited access and privileges.
To Register with LetMeDo, Please navigate to Home > Register.
2. Make Sure you enter the correct User Name and Password
Signing in requires you to enter a correct User Name and Password.
If you forgot your User Name, please navigate to Home > Login > Forgot User Name. In order to retreive your User Name, you will be prompted to provide the email address with which you are registered with LetMeDo.
If you forgot your Password, please navigate to Home > Login > Forgot Password. In order to retreive your Password, you will be required to provide the answer to your security question, which you have recorded when you first registered with LetMeDo. If you provide the correct answer to your Security Question, we will email you your Password at the email address with which you are registered with LetMeDo.
3. Your Account may be Locked Out
If you are a registered user using your correct User Name and Password, your accout may have been locked out following a breach of our Security Policy. This ensures that your account is locked out when a series of unsuccessful sign in attemts are made with your User Name.
To find out if your Account has been locked out, please navigate to Home > Login > Account Locksmith and follow the instructions provided to unlock your account. As accounts are usually locked following a breach of our security policy, we recommend that you change your password once you have unlocked your account. To change your password, please navigate to the following link once you have logged in: Home > Login.
4. Your Account may be Inactive
For security reasons, your accout remains inactive until you receive an email from LetMeDo asking you to complete the registration process by following the link provided. Once you click on the link provided, your account will become active. Please note that you will not be able to sign in to LetMeDo with with the credentials you have provided at registration until your account has become active.
5. You may no longer be registered with LetMeDo
Our Data Storage and Security Policy prevents us from keeping users registered when they have been inactive for a prolonged period of time. In such circumstances, you may need to re-register with LetMeDo.
