LetMeDo Terms and Conditions
This document outlines the Terms and Conditions that govern your use of the LetMeDo web site (LetMeDo.Co.UK, otherwise known as we or us) and the relationship between you and us. Please read these terms and conditions thoroughly before registering with LetMeDo as these affect your legal rights and liabilities. Should you not agree to be bound to our terms and conditions, please leave the radio button marked ' I do not wish to register with LetMeDo ' checked. This is found by following the Home>Register links in LetMeDo. This will allow limited use of the site, such as using our searching services, without being bound to our terms and conditions.
1. Use of LetMeDo for Registered Users
Registered users may use this site free of charge for their personal or business use, subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using the LetMeDo.Co.UK web site, you agree to be bound to these Terms and Conditions. The LetMeDo.Co.UK site is made up of a number of services; some of the services such as our SMS service require separate registration and agreement to their Terms and Conditions.
Your statutory rights are not affected if you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Amendments
From time to time we may amend these Terms and Conditions. We will notify you of any changes via email, provided that you are currently registered with us at the time the amendments are published. We may also create a link in a notification area in the web site, referring to any changes to our Terms and Conditions. Should you not wish to continue using our service for registered members, you should follow the links to cancel registration by following the Home > Register link. Should you continue using the service for registered members after we have made any amendment to our Terms and Conditions, this will indicate that you agree to be bound to any new Terms and Conditions that come into force.
3. Registration with LetMeDo
Applicants must be eighteen years of age or older. LetMeDo will not allow applicants under the age of eighteen to register with LetMeDo. Given the nature of our business and the links with may make with other Agencies or Authorities, you must ensure that the details provided upon registration or at any other time while you remain registered are accurate and correct. Furthermore, you must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provide us while registered by updating your personal details. You may change your personal details by navigating to Home>My Account.
You may revoke your registration at any time. If you cancel your registration, any advertising campaign, advertisement, service or posting which you have purchased through LetMeDo will be cancelled and no refund will be made for services you have ordered prior to cancelling your registration.
4. Password and Security
When registering with LetMeDo, you will be required to create a password which you agree to keep confidential and not to share it or disclose it to anyone. You are responsible for all orders, payments and activity carried out on LetMeDo when submitted using your password. If we suspect or have reason to believe that your account is in breach of our security measures, we may ask you to change your password the next time you sign in on LetMeDo or we may suspend your account. Should you suspect that someone else knows your password, please notify us immediately by using the contact details provided in the Password and Security link provided below. You should also log on to LetMeDo and follow instructions to change your password by navigating to the following link: Home>Login>Change Password.
5. LetMeDo eVouchers
LetMeDo eVouchers can only be used online at www.letmedo.co.uk eVouchers are subject to our general Terms and Conditions. Other special conditions may apply, please refer to the Terms and Conditions provided when you receive the eVouchers. Registered users may redeem eVouchers in exchange for credits to be used against services provided by LetMeDo. Using eVouchers implies that you agree to our Terms and Conditions. We may withdraw or cancel eVouchers at any time without any notice or reason. EVouchers remain the sole property of LetMeDo. eVouchers are associated to an email address and mobile telephone number cannot be associated to any other email address and mobile telephone number combination. eVouchers may expire at any time. If an eVoucher is rejected, we will not provide reasons why an eVoucher has not been accepted.
Certain services may be excluded from eVouchers, the portfolio of services provided which qualify for eVouchers may change from time to time without notice. If you attempt to use an eVoucher to which you are not entitled, you may be liable to civil or criminal proceedings. Should we have reason to suspect that an eVoucher is being used with the intention to deceive, we may invalidate the eVoucher. In such case, you agree that you will not make a claim against us in respect of rejecting the eVoucher.
6. Limitation of liability
Order acceptance for our services occurs upon receiving payment confirmation in the case of Credit Card Payment or receipt of successful SMS text transfer in the case you are paying by premium text messaging. LetMeDo shall not be liable to any of its customers for any financial loss arising from the data it provides. LetMeDo endeavours to provide accurate data to Candidates and prospective Landlords.
Where Candidates or Landlords fail to keep information up to date regarding a Candidate's or Property, flat share or house share availability, LetMeDo shall not be liable to any refund. LetMeDo's business processes are structured to discourage prospective Landlords and Tenants from advertising out of date information. LetMeDo shall not be liable to any loss which arises from the information it provides to prospective Landlords and Tenants. This includes information provided by 3rd party suppliers. LetMeDo uses leading suppliers of Identity and Credit Reference Rating information. LetMeDo shall not be liable to any loss, whether material or consequential, which has incurred as a consequence of any decision made by a prospective Landlord or Tenant based on the information provided by LetMeDo.
LetMeDo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the unavailability of its site on the Internet, for whatever cause, including but not excluded to sabotage, intrusion, faults arising by network unavailability or equipment failure.
8. Excluded Services and User Experience
The free service provided by LetMeDo excludes the terminal equipment to access our Site. To use LetMeDo you will require the necessary computer equipment, Internet browsing software provided by leading vendors and connection to the Internet. Your user experience of the site may be significantly impaired when accessing the site through dial-up connection. LetMeDo recommends the use of Broadband Internet connection to maximise user experience. LetMeDo shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by poor network performance at any layer of the network between the Customer and LetMeDo's servers.
9. Intellectual Property
The content provided by LetMeDo is protected by Copyright Law and intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and store data either on a screen, disk or storage device or in printed format, with the exclusion of storage in a server or mass storage device used to query such data. You must ensure that you keep intact any intellectual property information such as logos, copyright marks etc. when storing the data. This includes the logos, and trademarks of any Agent.
10. Limitations
LetMeDo may solely be used for the following purposes:
-Advertising a Property to let or sub-let to an Individual or Group of Individuals. In the case of a sub-let, LetMeDo requires the Lessee to obtain permission from the Landlord to sub-let the property or to include further individual(s) to the Lease.
-Advertising a Property to let or sub-let to an Individual or Group of Individuals (Agency).
-Advertising one's profile for the purpose of renting as a sole Individual or Group of Individuals which may include the Landlord (in the case of shared accommodation).
-Using the services and material available to enter into a contractual agreement between Landlord and Tenant by way of License or Agreement. LetMeDo takes no part in such agreement.
-Using the services provided to assist in making a decision to offer a Property or shared accommodation to an Individual.
-Using the services provides to obtain 3rd party references including Employer and Character references.
You may not use the site for the following purposes:
-You may not post any contact details in your Advertisements. LetMeDo reserves the right to automatically delete any contact details from its listings. This is done to protect the Individuals advertising and guaranteeing that viewings and selections are originating from registered users with a minim level of traceability.
-Disseminating obscene or pornographic material, harassing, threatening, libellous, abusive, harmful, vulgar language or objectionable material.
-Transmitting information that incites or is intended to encourage conduct which constitutes a criminal offence or in breach of any code of practice, regulation or rule of law.
-Impersonating, cloning, or using some one else's identity (Identity Theft) with or without the intent to deceive. LetMeDo takes appropriate steps to disclose such activity to the relevant Authorities if it suspects any such activity through the use of its web site.
-You agree to provide us indemnity against any loss, liability, cost or
expense which we have reasonably incurred, all damages awarded to us by a court
and all settlement sums paid by us as a result of any settlement agreed by us
related to: - claims by third parties that you used LetMeDo to disseminate
obscene or pornographic material, harassing, threatening, libellous, abusive, harmful, vulgar
language, or is in breach of Law, or illegal. Claims by third parties, that you
have published on LetMeDo any material that infringes their Copyright or
intellectual property. Use of the services provided by LetMeDo is reserved
solely to UK Residents. LetMeDo has technical limitations that do not allow it
to operate in
11. Availability of the LetMeDo.Co.UK site
LetMeDo is committed to providing the best possible availability and response time in the event of systems or network failure. However, we cannot guarantee that the use of LetMeDo meets your requirements. We cannot guarantee that the service is fault free for the Internet Browser you are using, or that our servers' software is fault-free. If a fault occurs, please contact customer.service@letmedo.co.uk and we will attempt to fix the fault as soon as we can. From time to time access to LetMeDo may be restricted to allow for upgrades, maintenance, repair or change of facilities. We will attempt to repair the service as soon as we can. Our target uptime for LetMeDo is 99.5%. If we do not meet this target, we shall not be liable for any liability, loss or damage as a result of not meeting our target uptime.
12. Our right to cancel your registration and subscription
We reserve the right to cancel your subscription due to inactivity if you remain registered without using the site for a prolonged period of time (6 or more continuous inactive months). We enforce this rule in order to comply with guidelines on Data Protection and the use of your Personal and Sensitive data. We may cancel your registration at our discretion if you are in breach of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
This agreement may be cancelled at any time by cancelling registration with LetMeDo, by navigating to Home>Registration>Cancel Registration. If you decide to Cancel Registration, all data stored in LetMeDo about you including Property Advertisements, Personal Profile Advertisements, Personal and Sensitive Data about you, will be permanently deleted from LetMeDo’s systems and no copy of the data will be maintained. Paragraphs relating to Limitations and Limitations of liability are not affected from cancellation of this service.
13. Our Liability
The LetMeDo web site is provided as is, without any guarantee or warranty. Any risk related to the use of the Internet is borne by users irrespective of whether they are registered members of LetMeDo. We cannot be held responsible for any technical fault or problem arising from the use of this site, whether it is manifested on the client machine/browser or on our servers. Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible for the quality of the information provided by 3rd parties such as banners, pop-ups and other types of advertisement. We remain committed to high quality information but cannot accept any responsibility if this is not the case. We disclaim liability for the following or similar circumstances in particular. Any of your equipment including terminal hardware, pc desktop, laptop or other communication equipment used to access LetMeDo.
- Incompatibility of your browser software with LetMeDo.
- Configuration problems with your equipment, operating system or browser software.
- Unreliability or inaccuracy of the material published in LetMeDo.
- Inability or inadequacy of LetMeDo to meet your requirements.
We shall not be liable and you agree that we shall not be liable to you or any other 3rd party for any incidental or consequential damage, including loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of saving, loss of privacy or loss of data or any other loss whatsoever related to the use of LetMeDo.
14. Third Party Websites and Search Engines
LetMeDo markets its services by providing links to its site from 3rd party search engines and web sites. LetMeDo is not responsible for the content of the sites where the links originates nor is it able to control where the links are posted and the type of material they are associated with.
15. Advertisements, Banners and Pop-ups
We are not responsible for any inaccuracy, error or content placed in banners, advertisements, pop-ups and other sponsorship material, nor can we be held responsible for ensuring that such material is compliant with relevant laws.
16. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are construed under English Law. Any dispute shall be decided by English courts.

By agreeing to These Terms and Conditions you give LetMeDo consent to carry out Identity Checks and credit Reference Searches using the Personal Data you have provided. This information may be used by prospective Landlords in deciding whether to make an offer for a property to rent or a house/flat share. You also agree that prospective Landlords make offers using the LetMeDo service at their sole discretion. Please refer to our Privacy Policy concerning your rights regarding the use of your Personal Data by LetMeDo.
